A delegation from Nuctech Company Limited, headed by Chief Engineer Li Jianmin, recently visited the Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center (TSEA) to explore opportunities for research and business collaboration. The main objective of the visit was to better understand TSEA’s ongoing initiatives and to discuss Nuctech’s strategic interest in expanding its footprint in Indonesia. Key discussion points included the potential for localized research and development, production capabilities, and tailored services to meet regional demands.
The delegation’s itinerary featured tours of significant sites such as the Bali Abode Museum and KKB Island, where they were introduced to a variety of sustainable development projects and advanced technological solutions driven by TSEA. These immersive experiences highlighted the center’s commitment to innovation and sustainability, setting the stage for deeper engagement between the two organizations. Conversations also touched on co-research opportunities and expansion strategies, particularly in the medical aesthetic equipment field through DA-YOUMAGIC.
Interest was also expressed in the Happy Digital X (HDX) Program, with Nuctech keen on exploring its integration into their broader regional network. As a concrete follow-up, TSEA agreed to provide comprehensive information on the HDX initiative to support continued dialogue. The visit concluded with both sides identifying multiple avenues for collaboration, marking the beginning of a promising cross-border partnership focused on digital transformation and technological advancement.
