Prof. Chang Kai then delivered a compelling 45-minute lecture, sharing his expertise in physics and advancing cross-border knowledge collaboration. His presentation captivated the audience, leading into an engaging Q&A session where participants were able to explore his insights further. The session was enriched by the presence of notable guests, including senior officials from the Ministry of Finance and academic leaders from the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). Tokens of Appreciation were presented to both Prof. Chang Kai and Prof. Stella Christie, reflecting deep respect for their contributions to education and science.

The event also featured the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding for the Knowledge Innovation Technology Alliance (KITA) between ITB and various partners, witnessed by ministers, dignitaries, and academic leaders.
